In front of the New Mexico Museum of Space History in Alamogordo, New Mexico was on display two huge inflatable globes, one of the Earth and the other of Mars. They needed to be attached to the ground with cables to prevent them from rolling away.
On permanent display outside of the museum are many different large space hardware items, such as engines and rockets.
Inside of the Museum are many exhibits, including both American and Russian space vestments. A Russian Space Suit.

This type of camera was used on the Viking spacecraft, which were the first to return images of the surface of Mars back to Earth. They were just landers and were not rovers. They stood in one place conducting science experiments.
Before we sent men, we sent monkeys. Here is one being given a physical examination.
